Kids Classes

  • Saturday 10am-11am (4/23-5/21 no class May 14) Ages 3-5. 19-inch racquets are used with red felt balls.  This means children can control the ball and racquet, develop proper swing technique and get a real sense of playing the game. 36 ‘ X 18’ court

  • Saturday 10am-11am (4/23-5/21 no class May 14) Ages 6-9. 21-23-inch racquets are used with an orange ball that is lower compression that travels a little faster and farther than the red ball.  Students are taught proper technique for all strokes-focusing on groundstroke development, net play and serving.  We will also start to incorporate footwork and beginning level of basic strategy - how to keep score and rally (playing points).
